Depositing one cryptocurrency to the address of a wallet designed to accept another cryptocurrency or with the wrong special identifier (or missing) is called a cross-deposit in the blockchain network.

Returning cross-deposits is a very dangerous and extremely time-consuming process.

Not all such deposits are refundable, and the degree of complexity, risk and time cost depends on which particular cryptocurrency was erroneously sent and to which address.

In this regard, the 1million.exchange team adopted and implemented a policy for determining the value and procedure for the return of cross-deposit, which consists in the following:

    1. 1million.exchange will only refund cross deposits whose amount at the time of the transaction will exceed the equivalent of 100 USD and the “age” of the transaction is not more than 30 days..
    2. The return period is up to 30 days.
The user must pay a commission for carrying out actions on return in the amount of 30% of the amount of return, minimum 30 USD.
    3. In order to carry out the refund operation, the User undertakes to pre-credit the full amount of the commission to his account in any cryptocurrency supported by us.
    4. After deducting the commission from the User’s account in full, the 1million.exchange support team together with the financial department take the measures necessary to return the deposit that was erroneously sent.

Users should be aware of the difficulties described above for the cross-deposit return process.

The user must provide screenshots and videos (send to e-mail: 1million.exchange@gmail.com) that will show the site (program) from which the sending and transaction took place in history (with details).

The 1million.exchange team is doing everything possible to ensure that in each individual case the problem is resolved as soon as possible, and very much expects patience and understanding on the part of the Users.

Deposits that do not fall into the categories above are ignored, cannot be returned to the sender, are not counted towards the balance and are considered a donation to 1million.exchange.

Note: 1million.exchange does not return coins and tokens that are not added to 1million.exchange (not supported by the 1million.exchange platform).
